COSME Reno, for cooperation between SME for Renovation, is a complementary consortium from Italy, Belgium, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, and France. Its aims at bridging and building on existing initiatives, including the ones of the EU transnational opensource movement “EnergieSprong” that aims at supporting price decrease of deep energy retrofit solutions, using prefab elements. This proposal proposes action to support industrial development (innovative techniques) to address this challenge to renovate more, with higher performance and at a more affordable cost (best practice), while still being accessible for SME.
